Target Group: Tourism and Hotel Management department students pursuing exchange studies or conducting semester internship abroad.

Support Amount: One time only 1,500 Euros per eligible student.

Eligibility Conditions:

1. Complete all first and second year courses from THM curriculum,
2. Have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.00 / 4.00 at the time of application.

When to apply?

• While applying for Erasmus or any other exchange abroad.

Or

• While applying for the semester internship.

Scholarship Payment Schedule:

1. 50 % of the amount before exchange / semester internship starts,
2. 50 % of the amount after exchange / semester internship ends.

First Installment’s Requirements:

• Acceptance letter / email for the exchange / semester internship,
• Full coverage health insurance for the destination country,
• Visa obtained from the destination country,
• Transportation ticket to / from destination country,
• Euro bank account information.

Second Installment’s Requirements:

            Erasmus Exchange:

• Success of 2 / 3 (20 ECTS) of the courses registered in the receiving institution,
• Receipt of the transcript from the receiving institution.

Other Exchanges:

• Registration to a minimum of 5 courses with the receiving institution,
• Success from at least 3 of the registered courses,
• Receipt of the transcript from the receiving institution.

Semester Internship:

• Documentation (signed and stamped letter) of the completion of the whole internship in the same institution,
• Obtaining  B- letter grade or higher from semester internship,
• Copy of entry and exit stamps of the related passport pages,
• Completely filled and signed internship dossier showing the days worked.
