Bilkent THM is a new member of the Alliance by Institut Paul Bocuse
Inspired by the visionary leadership of the two iconic founders – Paul Bocuse (Meilleur Ouvrier de France 3 Michelin stared Chef, holder of the “Chef of the Century” award) and Gérard Pélisson (Co-founder of the Accor Group), Institut Paul Bocuse is a renowned international School of Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Food Service Management located in Lyon, France. The Alliance by Institut Paul Bocuse covers 20 partners in 20 countries including Bilkent University, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management.
Students can choose between a hands-on Advanced Culinary Arts program and a Hospitality & Food Service program. The exchanges, which are open to both students and teachers, will now be adopted throughout the network’s partner schools in order to open up to tomorrow’s worldwide tourism challenges.
