Today marked the second session of the Bilkent Tourism Seminar series. We had the pleasure of welcoming Sefa Kocabaş, Kitchen Team Leader at Bilkent Hotel & Conference Center, who delivered an engaging talk on kitchen-related topics, including shift planning, teamwork and personnel relations. As the session comes to a close, we are already looking forward to the next seminar.
Bugün, Bilkent Turizm Seminerleri serisinin ikinci oturumu gerçekleştirildi. Vardiya planlaması, takım çalışması ve personel ilişkileri gibi mutfakla ilgili konularda etkileyici bir konuşma yapan Bilkent Hotel & Conference Center Mutfak Ekip Lideri Sefa Kocabaş'ı ağırlamaktan büyük mutluluk duyduk.
