Güliz Bolat holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Bilkent University. She is a faculty member in the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management at Bilkent University, where she has been contributing to both academic and administrative activities for more than 30 years. Throughout her career, she has specialized in areas that bridge management, technology, and hospitality, including Database Management Systems, Office Applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint), Hotel Management Applications, Global Distribution Systems and Introductory Mathematics.

In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Güliz Bolat has actively taken part in departmental development and student support initiatives. She currently serves as the Erasmus Coordinator of the Department, facilitating international exchange opportunities and fostering global academic collaboration.
